US$250,000

Published minimum qualifying investment. Government, due diligence and professional fees apply in addition.

The Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC) is a qualifying contribution route under the official St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Programme. Funds are directed toward national development priorities rather than a private real-estate holding.

Official materials describe five pillars of prioritisation, including food production, green energy, economic diversification, sustainable industry, and social protections.

The published minimum covers a main applicant or a family of up to four members, with additional amounts for further dependants. Contribution is typically completed after Approval in Principle.

  • Non-refundable contribution
  • Published family-of-four minimum
  • No real-estate holding period
  • Supports national development priorities

A route is only suitable if the file can carry it.

We will not recommend property because it photographs well, or a contribution because it is fashionable.
