The Private Real Estate Investment Option is intended for applicants who wish to hold qualifying private property in St. Kitts and Nevis as their investment route.
Published guidance currently distinguishes condominium or share-style private holdings from designated private single-family homes. The higher published minimum applies to private homes.
As with all real-estate routes, the asset must qualify under current programme rules and is typically subject to a holding period before resale.
