Eligible dependants may be included subject to programme rules. We will not list ages as if they were permanent, because the regulations move.

A spouse, children, and, where the current rules allow, other relatives may form part of a file. Each person is a diligence subject, not a line on a marketing table.
Children
Children may be included where they meet the programme’s current definition of an eligible child. Age caps and dependency tests should be confirmed at the time of filing.
Eligible dependants
Some programmes allow additional categories. Whether a particular person qualifies is a legal question against the present regulations.
Parents, where applicable
Older generations are sometimes discussed. They are never assumed. Health, dependency and current rules all matter.
Additional contribution amounts apply beyond a family of four under the published SISC schedule. Due diligence fees apply to the main applicant and to dependants aged 16 or over. Dependants aged 16 or over may also be required to attend an interview.
