Citizenship First. Passport Second.
The two are related, and they are not the same legal act. Mixing them up leads to the wrong expectations.
A successful Citizenship Programme application ends, if granted, in nationality. A passport is a travel document issued afterwards. Official process descriptions are explicit on the sequence: certificate first, passport application thereafter.
Travel access attached to a passport is set by other governments. It can be widened or narrowed without any change to your nationality. That is why we refuse to treat visa-free lists as a permanent specification.
Plan for nationality, not for a weekend of access
The better reasons to consider St. Kitts and Nevis are family optionality, a second legal identity, and a jurisdiction with a long programme history. Mobility is part of that picture. It should not be the only sentence in the brief.
